Payroll Processors offers easy-to-read yet comprehensive payroll reports. You can choose from printed payroll reports, electronic files or online access for you and/or your accountant. Each payroll period, you will receive a complete payroll package which includes:

Payroll checks and direct deposit vouchers
Payroll Timesheet
Check Register – detailing gross-net information for each employee paid along with company totals
Tax Liability – outlines employer and employee tax liabilities per pay period, monthly & quarterly
Direct Deposit Report – showing all items debited and deposited with ACH
Check Reconciliation – detailed report of all live paychecks issued
Cash Analysis – indicating amounts for live checks, direct deposit, taxes and fees with a total required for each payroll
